To activate your UHC UCard, visit uhc.com activate and log in to your UnitedHealthcare account. If you're a new user, register first. Then follow the on-screen instructions to activate your card.

To activate your UnitedHealthcare (UHC) UCard, please follow these steps:

1. First Open a Web Browser.
2. Then, visit the official UCard activation page at activate.uhc.com
3. Now You'll need to sign in with your UHC member account credentials. 
4. If you don't have an account yet, you can register for one on the same page.
5. Once signed in, follow the on-screen prompts to activate your UCard.
